Most of Britain may well be snowed in this morning, but hell, fashion doesn’t stop for a bit of white fluffy stuff. So rather than rummaging for the UGGs, sit back, grab a cuppa, and warm up with my-wardrobe’s spring offerings.

There’s a few changes happening at my-wardrobe HQ and, new offices aside, the most exciting being their online house is getting two new rooms: Designer and Shoe.

Packed with a carefully-edited selection of collections from some of fashion’s finest designers, the Designer Room will add an extra lashing of luxury for the aspirational fashionista, with labels including Preen Line, Mulberry RTW, Moschino Cheap & Chic and 3.1 Phillip Lim.

Similarly, the Shoe Room will welcome new additions from footwear favourites – Camilla Skovgaard and Bionda Castana among them – that will join current collections from Katia Lombardo, Mulberry and the rest.

But what can we expect for spring? Jackie O-inspired pieces from Moschino Cheap & Chic where boucle jackets feel fresh with nautical colours, and tailored separates are given life with delicate details and hints of colour; signature silk blouses from the newly-re-launched Equipment in pops of pink and fluro coral; iconic zigzags and 70s silhouettes from M Missoni; and typically easy to wear pieces from See by Chloe where every day dresses and tees are tweaked with the label’s Parisian cool.

Shoe highlights come courtesy of Katia Lombardo, whose nude mixed-skin platforms see snakeskin soles on patent peeptoes and reverse designs on block-heeled cross-over sandals. Camilla Skovgaard’s signature sculptural designs are seen best on nude ankle boots for day and fluid black studded styles for evening, while 3.1 Phillip Lim sent our feet a-flutter with a super-chunky calf hair and snakeskin block-heeled platform in nude.

And there’s plenty more to whet your appetite, including digitally printed swimwear from Zimmerman and DVF, and tough-luxe jewellery from Merle O’Grady and Giles and Brother to boot.

It’s almost enough to melt the snow away. Stay tuned for my-wardrobe’s make-over next March…
