Good news American readers – and to those still wanting to fly overseas – the Metropolitan Museum of Art has decided to extend the Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty exhibition due to unprecedented success.
The Met Museum has taken note of the exhibit’s resounding success – it’s the most popular exhibition in the Met’s history – and has changed the closing date from July 31st to August 7th, allowing even more visitors the chance to swarm in their masses and admire this truly spectacular event.
As well as that, the museum will also open the exhibit on Mondays while the rest of the museum is closed, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m, for visitors willing to pay an extra $50 fee, reports the Cut.
It’s definitely worth the price tag.
