Many of us would love to hit the town and shop till we dropped, without worrying about that dreaded bill at the end. Well, for one lucky Beyonce Knowles, money is certainly no object when it comes to a good old shopping blow out.

Beyoncé and her mum, Tina Knowles, hit London town yesterday on a 90-minute shopping spree at Topshop and Selfridges – with an impressive army of security guards to match.

To everyone’s surprise, the mother and daughter bought normal clothes, from normal shops, and managed to spend a whopping £9,000 (£5,000 in Topshop, £4,000 in Selfridges) without even trying anything on – we bet they’ll regret that when they get home.

The Cut explains one witness reported, “it was like that shopping scene out of Pretty Woman. Everyone was gobsmacked at the speed she was choosing clothes.”

It’s alright for some, eh?
