Remember last month we showed you Lanvin’s autumn/winter 2012 ad campaign images that featured absolutely no models in them whatsoever!

Well, the ‘real people’ that Alber Elbaz chose for the ads have returned to tell their stories, in a fun quirky and relatively haunting video.

If the stars of the campaign were unknown before, they certainly won’t be now as they tell us their fascinating and very individual stories. From a ballet dancer to a salt and pepper shaker collector to an artist to all else inbetween, Lanvin really has selected a diverse range of people who are united by the stunning items of clothing on their backs.

Now don’t get us wrong, we don’t think anything can top Karen Elson and Raquel Zimmermann dancing their socks off for least season’s video, but the new one isn’t far behind!

Props to Alber and the team for going for something different – the risk definitely paid off!
