InStyle loves a bit of Gwyneth Paltrow, which is why the mag has decided to kick off the new year by putting the beautiful actress on its January 2013 cover.

Gwyneth was interviewed by Diane von Furstenberg (a lot of legends in one place!) and it’s clear to see that she felt comfortable around her friend as she really opened up to her.  Gwyn and Di covered a lot of areas during their chat, with some of the subject being Gwyneth’s desire for more babies, her diet, and hubby Chris Martin.

“Probably our artistic temperaments together,” she said when asked about what the hardest thing about her marriage was.

“Artists are sensitive; there are ups and downs, mood-wise. Musicians need a certain gravitas and focus in order to write. The temperament that goes with someone who is creative can be challenging.”
