I live by the saying that you can “make any outfit by accessorising”. A plain dress, or even those simple jeans and a t-shirt days can be picked up on the fashion radar with the addition of some exciting accessories. Whether you choose a large gem stone ring, a multi chain necklace or a brightly coloured print scarf, accessorising is definitely in style. However, more recently, it seems that our high-street favourites are taking it a step too far.

Personally, I find that accessorising with headwear is a tricky fashion to tackle. The return of the hippy band has come back in full force, with boho headbands selling out in places like Urban Outfitters and the more expensive kind disappearing from the shelves of Missoni.
