Two new collections we’re lusting after:
First up, there’s Double Dazzle, a range of seven new sparkle lip gloss shades, and two
mascaras. The Dazzleglass lip glosses (£12.72) bring the full range to 18 shades, in colours ranging from violets, warm browns to the harder to wear shades of sheer soft yellows and oranges. Subtle these are not. All deliver high shine and multi-faceted sparkle in a wet-look gloss. The Dazzle Lash mascara (£10.77) features a new style of brush designed to coat every lash. This is very much a range about impact.
On a more delicate note, there’s Rose Romance, a range that hits the summer’s trend for floral influenced make-up, head on.
Blushed cheeks, soft pink lips, dewy luminous skin and eyes in pastel shades of blue, lilac, pink, plum and pale gold are the key features in this range inspired entirely by roses.
The range includes the staples such as lipsticks, nail colours, eye shadows and mascaras all in hues inspired by rose petals. But there’s more unusual items such as a Fix + Rose face spritz (£10.77) containing minerals, vitamins, green tea and cucumber with a rose water scent and two rather beautiful face powders (£14.68) in pearly pink or violent that come sculpted into the image of a rose.
Worth getting excited about too is Rose Romance’s very own perfume. Dejarose (£16.64) is described as being a combination of Bulgarian, Turkish and Tea Red roses with lily, peony and raspberry. Sounds good enough to eat.
