Unfortunately this year’s Red Nose Day is well and truly behind us, but don’t worry, the charity giving doesn’t have to end there as make-up artist Karen Alder launches a brand new lipstick in aid of the Prince’s Trust.
The lipstick is naturally called ‘Trust’ and was created by Alder so she could somehow give back to the trust that helped build her career – oh, and did we mention the lippy comes in a seductive red hue!
“I love the power of the colour red – no other shade has such an impact” says Alder, “I call it a not-so-secret weapon.”
In her time Alder has painted the faces of Kylie Minogue, Debbie Harry and even Anna Friel, but continues to thank the help of the Prince’s Trust for her success.
“I am so thankful for their support and look forward to finally giving something back” she says.
This exclusive £8 lipstick goes on sale April 2nd and has already been endorsed by Strictly Come Dancing winner Kara Tointon, celebrity hairdresser James Brown, TV presenter Emma Willis along with drag queen-DJ Jodie Harsh and singers KT Tunstall, Katy B and It-girl Tolula Adeyem, reports the Telegraph – talk about a celeb following!
The lipstick is available from QVC and all proceeds made go straight to the Prince’s Trust.
