Joan Burstein, founder of Browns department store, has decided to give desperate designer John Galliano some advice on what his next crucial move should be.

Mrs B, as she’s known, is often credited with having discovered Galliano when she first noticed his incredible talent and bought his entire collection for Browns in 1985, so she’s more than worthy of giving her two pence worth of advice.

“I would advise him: take some time for yourself to think about the important things to you in your life,” she said.

Following his dismissal from Christian Dior, as well as from his own eponymous label last week as a result of rascism allegations, it seems Galliano is in need of some good friendly advice at this present time.

And, although no one is sure where the shamed designer will end up next, industry rumours suggest Galliano has returned to another recovery facility shortly after leaving rehab last week, reports Vogue UK.
