If you love fashion with a conscience, bookmark the end of June in your diary – Marie Claire is launching its debut Trust in Fashion event in aid of Rainbow Trust, which will see stars, style-setters and the industry’s elite join forces to raise money for families of children battling a life threatening illness.

The two day event kicks off on June 29th with a VIP fashion show at One Mayfair produced by my-wardrobe.com and co-hosted by Sadie Frost, where Storm models will take to the runway in looks put together by Marie Claire‘s fashion editors.

“I am incredibly excited to be involved with this event and raising money for such a worthwhile cause,” says Sadie. “What always strikes me is how many families helped by Rainbow say they don’t know what they’d have done without them. The emotional and practical support offered is a lifeline to families in their darkest hours.”

The launch event will be followed by an exclusive fashion auction on June 30th, with celebrity DJs, a cocktail bar, pampering stations and pieces from some of the world’s leading luxury labels – Manolo Blahnik, Mulberry, Chanel, Christian Louboutin, Alexander McQueen, Temperley London, Marni and Erdem – up for grabs.

All money raised across the two days will go directly to Rainbow Trust, who’s celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, to help provide vital support for the families of children with life-threatening illnesses.
