Glamorous supermodel Elle Macpherson can often be seen looking ultra dolled up whilst dropping her sons off to school, but assures us her red carpet-worthy attire is for work purposes only.

“I find it amusing that so much is made about my appearance, especially when I’m dropping my son off at school,” said Macpherson.

“I’m often on the way to work, so I’ve spent two hours having my hair and make-up done, and I’m wearing ‘work clothes’.”

But despite often turning up to her sons Notting Hill school in nothing less than a pair of killer Christian Louboutin heels and super-tight leather trousers, Elle’s day-to-day wardrobe is a little more low-key, reports Vogue UK.

“It takes ten minutes to get ready otherwise,” said Elle. “I don’t wear make-up, high heels and leather trousers in everyday life.”
