Kate Moss is usually one to be the first to wear a new trend, whether it be a boyfriend blazer or a trilby hat. You can be sure that she sports the look first. But this snake print dress by Lanvin managed to slip through the supermodel’s designer laced finger, as she was not first on the celebrity scene to don the dress.

Instead Ms Moss was beaten by a star across the pond – Courtney Cox. The former Friends star wore the luxurious number to the Critic’s Choice Television Awards last month. Courtney clinched the dress in at the waist with a nude belt and teamed it with low strappy black heels, flowing raven locks.

Our very own model decided to wear the Lanvin in her trademark nonchalant style, underneath an oversized white blazer. She too added in black accessories, with the classics – Louboutins and a Chanel clutch.

Whilst we like La Moss’s trendy take on the high-end dress, her bedraggled locks don’t do much for us. We much prefer Courtney’s red carpet tresses.
