The name Tyler Shields is, more often than not, closely followed by the word ‘controversy’. Even though these pictures of Mischa Barton aren’t the most conventional by normal photography standards, they are certainly tame on the Tyler Shields scale.
Gleeks may be aware that about a month ago, Heather Morris was photographed in all sorts of controversial poses. The one that attracted the most negative attention featured Heather sporting a black eye, with the caption ‘even Barbie bruises.’ The picture was accused of glamourizing domestic violence and received so many complaints (to the point where the photographer was receiving death threats) that he decided to auction off the offending pictures for charity.
So, you’d think after bruise-gate Mr Shields would have learnt his lesson, alas… he’s still at it. Still, there isn’t a black eye or drop of fake blood in sight, so maybe he did in fact take all the complaints into consideration and tone down his pictures. After all, we can’t really be shocked by a slab of raw meat since Lady Gaga’s infamous meat dress, can we?
