Alexa Chung always manages to present us with unique and different looks each time we see her face on the red carpet, but still maintains that effortless, edgy look that defines her. 

The British presenter and overall fashionista wore a cute brown floral brocade Christopher Kane dress from the spring/summer 2012 collection to the Scottish Fashion Awards the other night. Instead of wearing it alone though, Alexa wore it on top of a pristine, blinding white shirt. It might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but we thought it gave the floral number a bit of an androgynous yet contemporary edge.

We love her choice of footwear too – anything in the stiletto or platform heel camp would have made the look far too ‘girlie’… and that’s not the Alexa we know and love.

We wonder what bag she chose to accessorise with… her namesake Mulberry, perhaps?
