While we are big fans of Kate Middleton’s thriftiness, we’re saddened to admit that not everyone feels the same way.

However, we reckon Kate’s appearance at the ‘Trooping the Colour’ will silence her recycling critics, as she not only wore a brand new, never-before-seen outfit, but it was a bespoke one at that. If that’s not dressing like royalty, then we don’t know what is!

The Duchess of Cambridge wore a light, lavender coloured dress with intricate flower embroidery detailing, which was made especially for her by Erdem Moralioglu. The bespoke dress is believed to be an infusion of some of the most iconic pieces from his latest collections; simply stunning we think you’ll agree!

Kate accessorised with a beautiful matching hat courtesy of Jane Corbett and a grey, suede Alexander McQueen clutch. No word on which shoes she wore yet, although we wouldn’t be surprised if the L.K Bennetts had yet another outing.

Do you like Kate’s one-of-a-kind dress? And don’t you love how Kate is looking lovingly at her Prince? It’s the stuff fairytales are made of!
