Today’s news is inevitably going to be dominated by last night’s Met Gala – after all, how often do fashion’s elite gather in New York for a prestigious night of art, style and glamour? (And in this year’s case – punk!)
We told you a few weeks ago that some of the big name designer pieces were going to be up for grabs on the Moda Operandi website the very next day – that means you can get Taylor Swift’s J Mendel gown and Dakota Fanning’s Rodarte dress from today – but that’s not the only place to offer Met Gala outfits.
You may have noticed that no less than five celebs decided to rock the red carpet in custom Topshop dresses last night (Julianne Hough, Jaime King, Nicole Richie, Jourdan Dunn and Ashley Madekwe all stepped out in dresses designed by the high street store) and it’s being reported that each and every one will be available for us to purchase a little later this year. How good is that?
