We all know that awards ceremony red carpet arrivals are just as important as the actual gongs that are received inside – and last night’s CFDAs at the Lincoln Centre in New York were no exception.
The fashion elite once again got suited and booted for the occasion, and as usual we were overwhelmed with the amount of exquisitely dressed celebs in attendance. Miranda Kerr championed the Womenswear Designer of the Year winner Proenza Schouler by stepping out in one of the label’s gorgeous creations, Kerry Washington brought some much needed colour to the proceedings by arriving in a striking yellow Jason Wu dress, and Nicole Richie brought the shine in a metallic Marc Jacobs dress.
Sofia Vergara never lets us down on a red carpet, and we don’t think she’s going to start any time soon. She wore a floor-length emerald green gown with her finest assets proudly on display – the stunning Lorraine Schwartz statement necklace certainly brought even more attention to them!
